How do I open an account with Jeffan?

Visit the registration page linked at the top right corner of the website to register. Your information will be reviewed and you will receive a confirmation email once approved. 

I have an account, but it’s not working?

We just launched a new and improved website in early March 2017, so you will need to register again with us. Our team is working diligently to approve customer accounts and ease this transition.

How can I check pricing?

To see prices, you must first register on the website. You can qualify for discounts off of wholesale pricing by qualifying for one of our dealer programs.

How can I check inventory?

Click on the item you are interested in and look for the field called “Qty Available.” If the item is out of stock, check the ETA, which should be on the same page.

Is there a minimum for ordering?

For non-stocking dealers, there are no minimums, but the order is assessed at trade pricing.

For stocking dealers, the minimum order is $500. This order is assessed at wholesale price, unless the order qualifies for a dealer program discount. The minimum reorder is $500.

How do I order?

A) The quickest and easiest way to order is online. To do so, simply follow these easy steps:

1) Login/Register on the website.

2) Add items to your cart.

3) Double-check your billing and shipping information.

4) Enter your payment information.

5) Proceed to checkout.

B) If you would rather place your order through a Jeffan customer service representative, please have the following ready before you call in:

1) SKUs and quantities of items you would like to purchase.

2) Billing/Shipping information.

3) Your requested ship date.

4) Payment information. A customer service representative will provide a credit card authorization form to be completed.

Having all of this information ready prior to your call will make ordering more efficient and allow us to better serve you.
